Missing/Incorrect Large Square Acrylic Screen Panel

Hello!

I recently was gifted a 10" Picade with PICO-8 Kit from my employer. Upon trying to build it I noticed that the piece listed as “Large Square Acrylic Screen Panel” may be the incorrect one as the holes do not line up with the 10" screen as well as the Printed Cardboard Screen Surround. I believe the kit was accidentally packed with the 8" version of this screen and not the 10" version or was miscut or just not the right peice in general.

Under the “10” Screen Assembly" steps in Assembling your 8" or 10" Picade with PICO-8, it mentions to “Take the large square acrylic screen panel and lay it down with the tabs on either side, and the curved edge at the top.” However, My Large Square Acrylic Screen Panel does not have a curved top, and is instead symmetrical on top/bottom with straight edges.

Am I missing something wrong?
Seems similar to Picade 10" Acrylic Panel Incorrect? but that toipic didn’t actually have a resolution.

Contact customer support, I had the same exact issue and they got me the correct panel shipped out the next day. I thought I was going crazy or forgot a step when I tried to get that panel to fit.
