just found this new Mote pHAT in the Pimoroni shop.
Does a PiZero deliver enough power to let the Mote sticks shine bright?
There’s no USB-port for an extra power supply, right?
Correct, there’s no additional USB port. This is because the 5V power supply pin on the Pi header can be relied upon to supply whatever you put into the Pi Zero.
The USB connection used by Mote pHAT is technically limited to 500mA (although not always the case).
A good (read: 2.5A) power supply is, of course, recommended!
