I recently bought the Night Vision Camera module (CAM008) and it functions well, except the images are fairly soft and unfocused. I tried lightly twisting the front element but it didn’t move and I had no interest in forcing it before doing further research. There are some guides around the 'Net on how to adjust Pi cams but not ones with this sort of construction.
Any tips for things I can try to improve this, beyond sharpening in software? Thanks!
I have same camera ,but have to admit to have not used it much ,so i went to my Pi room to see i could cound turn the lens ,and the answer is yes ,I tried lightly first,but It did take a bit of force to get it started, but it did turn ,and it is a threaded lense, not sure how it will affect the outcome though , good luck :)
