Hey There,
So i’m having issues with my On/Off Shim. My RPi boots, but the shutdown is randomly triggered before the boot finishes. If I hold the power button down, the pi seems to stay on for longer, but that may be purely anecdotal.
Do you have 1-Wire enabled, or any process that might be asserting BCM 4 after boot?
