Running raspberry bullseye on Pi4. On boot the message perpetually appears:
Failed to load HAT overlay
Dterror not a valid FDT - err - 9

Any solution to solve

I’m just recently seeing the same error message on my Pi 400. Breakout Garden Hat in my case. I’m pretty sure an update to Bullseye has caused it to show. My hardware is working just fine Requardless. If you add the following entry to your config.txt file it will be suppressed and go away.
force_eeprom_read=0
