Hi, simple question here: Is there a way to adjust the screen brightness of the new Picade? As it’s a little in the darker side for my taste.
According to the product page > Pimoroni-designed and manufactured HDMI display driver board and keypad controls. Check the keypad board for brightness buttons.
Well, I would like to know if there’s a way to set this up, software wise. Apart of what @alphanumeric mentioned, there’s no such information anywhere AFAIK.
The new Picade (2018) does have a hdmi display driver board with it. You can adjust brightness and contrast etc although the problem I’m having is that it never remembers the previous setting after turning it on and off so you have to adjust everytime.
I don’t own one so I can’t be much more help. I would have thought it would save what ever you set it to? Like any PC monitor does? Defect maybe?
