Pico JST connector

Hello there,

I’ve been using Raspberry Pi Pico’s for a while but I just noticed that a new connector has appeared on the board. I think it’s a JST connector but I can’t find any info about this. Can I power the Pico with this connection (using a Lipo battery ) or would I still need to add the Lipo shim?

If you buy the “with header” version, there is a 3 pin debug connector. The orientation and where its located depends on whether its a Pico or Pico W.
