Pimaroni NVMe BASE Duo with Pi5

  1. I have pimaroni NVMe base duo. it doesnt show up no matter what i do on configs or installs or cable setup or SSD changes.
  2. I have a pimaroni NVMe BASE - that works fine 100%, shows up and even in the SSD works.
  3. I have also RaspberryPi PCIe M.2 HAT - this also works with Hailo card and SSD as well.

It appears the NVMe BASE DUO I have is a broken one. and its the first time I connected it! How can i get it fixed / replaced.

I have done tons of hours of - Pi 5 image reinstalls, configs of dtparam dtoverlay, reconecting cables, etc but of no use.
