Propeller HAT not working on Raspberry Pi2 B

When I run “pip list”, Propeller HAT is not listed at all. What should the exact wording be in “/boot/config.txt” and in “/boot/cmdline.txt”? I’ve done searches in Bing, Google, Parallax forums, and in here with nothing working. Makes me wonder if I have damaged my Propeller HAT by hooking it up backwards and then corrcting my mistake.

Although I’m not sure what state Propeller IDE is in at the moment, it’s been a loooooonnng time since I’ve played with it :(
