Putting together Pi 3 B Adafruit 2.8 tft and PiBow PiTFT+

I have a Raspberry Pi 3 model B v1.2, a Adafruit PiTFT+ 2.8 inch resistive touch TFT and PiBow PiTFT+ (PIM118)
The Screen overhangs the USB ports and has a 26 pin female GPIO. My question is how do I put it all together?

I don’t believe it’s possible to combine the original 26-way GPIO PiTFT with the Pibow made for the PiTFT+… at least not without delicate modifications (if at all possible).

… sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

To be clearer… if your TFT has a 26-way header that’s not the model intended for a Pi3 and Pibow PiTFT+ case.

If you ordered the wrong display from us relatively recently, it may be worth contacting support@pimoroni.com if the item is still in pristine condition and they may be willing to provide an exchange for the right model.

Not good news, but thanks anyway.

I bought the display from Maplin and cannot send it back as I have lost the packaging, I did buy the PiBow case from you.
