Python 3 Install broken

Woke up today trying to build this

I cannot for the life of me get even INKY impression 7.3 to work. I get a lot of font errors when doing the full install for python 3/inky. once everything is complete I get the error

Woah there, some pins we need are in use!
⚠️ Chip Select: (line 8, SPI_CE0_N) currently claimed by spi-bcm2835

after adding this to the config.txt which i edit from notepad.
This requires the addition of dtoverlay=spi0-0cs to /boot/firmware/config.txt .

all my google searches do not give me an answer on how to solve this

Have you tried with an older PiOS version? I suggest something like 2024-07-04.

on the 10/22/24 version of bullseye. i cant get past this error.
