Why has Python3 been excluded in the normal (as in rpi 3B) layout of programming and how does one download Python3 into this programming
If your referring to idle being missing I do believe that is a Pi Foundation Buster thing. They want you to use Thorny instead. I think its Thorny.
I think you run sudo apt install idle. Its something like that.
