I am trying to use the rainbowhat on my pi3 with node-red. I foudn this pallete but I can’t get it to install please help.

Going by the supported configuration, from the page you inked too, Buster is not supported on the version you downloaded. I “think” you need to find a newer release of that Node Red, or an older version of Raspbian, if its not a Pi 4B.
