HI all,
i am new with raspberry and i tried to build my own Airplay speaker using this guide:

after the installation i am able to select the “speaker” on my iPhone but the is no sound. FYI i use the internal audio with the 3,5 mm stereo jack.
Any help would be highly appricated …
