Raspbian including scrollphat python now?

Just noticed Raspbian is automatically getting python-scrollphat(HD) down as default now.
sudo apt update, sudo apt upgrade.

Any reason for this sudden inclusion you know about?

Many of our libraries are included in Raspbian now!

Only seen these two new in the apt list so far.

Yup, this was unforeseen and is now fixed.
