Rec Power Pack for Galactic Unicorn Does not Work

I purchased a Galatic Unicorn (its really nice) but the recommended battery that goes with it on the purchase page - the 2-power - does not seem to work.

It plugs in, provides power and then seems to shut down (I’m assuming due to not enough power draw).

Any ideas?

  • Undocumented low current mode! ⚡ If you’re using this power bank to power a microcontroller you might find that it shuts off power if you’re drawing very low amounts of current. Try holding down the button until the lights come on one by one - this will make the power stay on. (The only way we’ve found of exiting this mode is by plugging the power pack in to charge).
