Simple question: Is it possible to connect Raspberry Pi3 model B and Automation pHat and 7" Touch Screen all together?
I would like to put them together like a sandwich (or like Arduino).
If its a Pi Foundation 7 inch touch screen it should be doable. The Pi foundation screen uses the DSI connector. It doesn’t need anything from the GPIO connector, if you power it via it’s Mini USB power port. The only screens that might be an issue are the PiTFT screens that use the GPIO Pins.
And the Pi mounts to that screen with the GPIO header exposed. I have one connected to a Pi 3B. I have a ribbon cable connected to the GPIO feeding a bread board breakout board.
