Schematic or Bill of Materials for pHAT DAC

Hello,
I am going to use the pHAT DAC board for a non-Raspberry PI application. I don’t have a readily available 5V source to power the PCM5102 Charge pump supply. Can you supply a schematic or BOM so I can tell what voltage I can apply to you voltage regulator?

The 3.3v LDO we use doesn’t have a particularly useful range of input voltages, but you can find the datasheet here: http://www.diodes.com/_files/datasheets/AP7333.pdf
