Standoffs to go with Booster header? (COM0003)

I would to install a hat over the fan shim (
PIM461), reading https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/pimoroni-fan-shim-heatsink-raspberry-pi-4,6219.html would suggest I will need to raise the hat for clearance so the booster header looks like the way to go here. The hat I want to put on is going to be load bearing to an extent so will need standoff support on the other (non header connecting) side.

Can anyone advise what side standoffs I should get to go with the Booster header? Many thanks.

I do believe these are the ones you need.

I haven’t tried them myself I have been using these ones up until now.

If you order the Pimoroni ones let me know how they work out?
I’m kind of confused by those, they come with the screws but no nuts?
And the threaded studs are really short?
