I would like to add some LED buttons to my Picade. Maybe even some RGB lights to light up the bottom and behind the marquee. I am having trouble finding LED buttons that are the right size and depth to fit the Picade. Also, will I have to add another power supply?

They look like they will fit the Picade.
You should try the forum search- this question has been raised a few times and there are 2-3 build threads showing people using illuminated buttons, here’s an example: Picade illuminated buttons advice needed?
