Upgrade the Buttons on Picade

I would like to upgrade the buttons on my daughter’s second generation Picade. The current buttons stick a lot and don’t really have that arcade feel. I would like to upgrade the joystick as well if possible.
Ideally I would like to add illuminated buttons but I would settle for a higher quality button kit. Any suggestions on which buttons would fit the smaller Picade would be greatly appreciated!!

i have the 8 inch new one running pi4 i had sticky yellow buttons so ordered green ones but were slightly lower than stock ones so i ordered the arcade button pack and changed over the yellow sticky ones how many are sticking and which ones

Thanks, but I was looking for RGB buttons or higher quality buttons rather than the ones available on Pimoroni.
