What do I need to install PiShim?

Hi. I want build picade 10 with pi4. Can you please tell me what I need to install PiShim cooler? Someone said that I need higher standoffs and a lifted 40pin header. But which one? Can you tell me exactly what I need to buy? I’m not advanced user.

There’s a similar post on it here with a possible solution but it looks like ultimately they didn’t try it…
