Since I want to power my Pi with zero lipo module, I am wondering about whether the pinout of zero lipo will use up the GPIO pins of my Pi? I need to connect my Pi with other modules later.

Pinout is here, looks like all it uses is GPIO 4 for the Low Bat signal.

Yes, as long as you have physical access to the pins.
