ZEROLiPO and Ultimate GPS Breakout

I would like to use the ZERO LiPO and the GPS Ultimate Breakout at the same time on a Pi Zero. The zerolipo uses some GPIO pins which are also used by the gps board, i.e. BCM14 TXD. The gps uses the same pin for communication.

Is it possible to use the GPS ultimate breakout using UART and the ZERO LiPO at the same time?

Zero Lipo only uses BCM4 to probe battery level. It certainly does not communicate via serial, so I don’t believe there are any incompatibility issue.
