Hi all I just brought and put together a picade but when I connected it to my raspberry pi 3b the screen goes blue for a few seconds then goes off (black again) the red light on the Side panel stays on and the red light on my raspberry is on and the green light flashes as usual, anybody know why the screen isn’t staying on and the usual menus appearing?

Trying adding/uncommenting the following in /boot/config.txt (can be done from another computer):
hdmi_force_hotplug=1Hi
Thanks only thing is I don’t know much about the programming side of the raspberry pi as I brought it and the micro sd card with noobs, retropie and the games etc already installed so I wouldn’t know where to start any suggestions?
