Hi everyone,
I feel a bit of a n00b but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to connect the LVCD cable to the connector board. Typically there is a lever or other mechanism but not here it seems (picture below). I don’t want to damage the connector. Any help appreciated!

not 100% sure but i think you just gently with your finger nails pull/slide this straight forward and the cable goes in under the clip.then push the clip back in ,gently when working with those clips ,

I seem to have broken my connector. Does anyone know if Pimoroni sells the board separately? Thanks for any help!
Pimoroni sell replacement screens, including the controller board
They don’t sell the board on its own though. However, if you email their support (support@pimoroni.com) then they might be able to sell you one separately.
If it just the clip,I have done that a few time over the years ,my fix was hot glue ,put the ribbon cable in and a few dabs of hot glue on both sides of the clip only
That sounds like a good idea, was going to suggest something like that! 😀
