Does anyone have an idea where I can get a replacement for the little fragile lock bar on the ZERO camera ribbon cable???
Or some other way to insure the cable does not come loose.

Are you sure you are talking about the cable? The cable itself does not have any lock bar IMHO, it is just flat.
The connector does have a lock bar. These connectors are fragile indeed and not meant for many mating cycles. I don’t think you can get individual parts of such a connector.
