How to open LVDS connector from 10" screen?

Can anyone tell me how to open the LVDS connector on the 10" screen ?

This connector on the 10" screen doesn’t ‘open’ - you don’t need to do anything with the grey plastic part! The metal end of the ribbon cable just slides into the metal part of the connector - video attached.
