I wish I could say what that all means but my Linux skills are very basic. I think I would try contacting the manufacturer of that screen. At least see if they have any special settings they want you to use. It could very well be defective? Have you tried plugging it into a PC?
The last time I used a screen like that, years ago now, it just worked. That was 3 or more versions of Raspbian ago though.
