New support dude on board!

Hi people,

I’m Matt, I’m looking after the whole customer support/experience side of things now (after looking after the shop orders/dispatching for the past year) and just wanted to say hi, give me a shout if there’s anything needs looking at :) Happy to take PMs if it’s an urgent issue but in the main I’ll just try and weigh in here and do what I can to help.
