I’ve done a purchase on 26 of May and I had the confirmation and the mail with the shipment confirmation also, but we are on 14 of June and I have no news. I went 3 times to the post office to see if they know something, but seems they don’t. Do you have a way to know where is my order? #PI73554
I’ve just replied to your ticket, not sure what’s gone awry but that order should definitely be with you by now. We’ll get a replacement out to you today, you’ll receive an updated tracking number by email later on when it ships.
