No e-mail responses

I have been contacting the support on Thursday 4th and sent videos of problem.Hayley said she would look at the videos and arrange a replacement if necessary.Since then I have sent two e-mails Friday one on Monday and no response!
This is not a great experience for me dealing with Piroroni.

Very weird… normally Hayley and Pimoroni are spot on. Quick responses and solutions. Not sure if you emailed support at: support@pimoroni.com

Yes,I had sent e-mails to support as well.Hayley responded just after this original post apologising for the delay as extremely busy.
A replacement has been posted now and original sent back postage paid for so I am very happy with the resolution after the wait.
