Problems with support mailbox?


I sent a support question to Abi at the on the 19th and after a few days of no reply I sent a follow-up mail on the 22nd to see if they had had a chance to look at it but still no reply after a week.

Anyone at Pimoroni know why support aren’t answering emails?
