NVMe Base Duo for Raspberry Pi 5 does not see m.2 disks

Hi! I did a completely new installation of the system on Raspberry Pi 5 and followed all the instructions, but the disks never appeared. I tried M.2 disks WD Black SN770M 1TB and KINGSTON KC3000 512GB, but they didn’t appear. The white diodes are on but the disks are not detected. What did I do wrong?
