OnOff Shim will not shutdown libgpiod2 installed

OnOff Shim on a Pi 4 Bookworm with updated BCM GPIO libgpiod2 software will not shutdown. Shim was working correctly when using Bullseye. Shim daemon appeared to load correctly/completely. Is there an updated daemon to fix this issue?

Will there ever be a 3/5 amp version?

I do believe the Picade Hat will handle that current? For a Pi 4 power supply anyway. And it also has on off / shutdown functions for a Pi 4.
