I have buy in 16th of march payed by credit card and in 17th of march i recieved email with confirmation of shipping. After some mails and some posts here in the forum they reply me to ask to postal service without tracking number? customs inside european union? Very bad service.

Yesterday we asked you to tell us if there had been any contact from the post office, or any indication that the parcel was left with a local depot since being unable to deliver is a common explanation for delayed or missing parcels.
