Order problem: dispatched but not arrived

Hello Pirates,

I placed order #PI200512 on Jun 23, 2017 and it was shipped on Jun 24. Unfortunately, so far, it has not arrived. Previous orders have arrived next day or the day after, and have never been this late before. Is there a set amount of time I have to wait before the order is declared lost?
