Orders and Accounts ... 2 Accounts - but still can not SEE my Orders?

Seems stupid to have to ask,

But, why do (?) :

  • I need a Pimoroni Account to Order parts …,
  • I need a sepparate Pimoroni Account to post on the Forums …

*> But, after placing (2) Orders, I still do NOT SEE either Order in either Pimoroni Account - (???)

WONDERFUL Website Company
… now my Pimoroni Order ACCOUNT dissappears -AND- my 2nd ORDER - DISSAPPEARS !

Made 2 Orders - 2 Account Logins (Main & Forum) with my Email Address

  • even received Invoice in my EMAIL.
    But the LOGIN states that the same Email Address as Login does NOT EXIST !

  • ‘Gotta’ love these Brittish Business & Management … seems like things Never Change !

Looks like a friend of mine had the same Problem last week.
Tried to order from this website.
Charged him on his credit card then returned the Payment back to the Card the next Day.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT SEEM TO KEEP PARTS IN STOCK - AND KICKBACK THE ORDERS !!!

BE WARNED !!!

It appears you attempted to order two Pi Zeros, despite our clearly stated “1 per customer” policy. You should have received an email stating why your order was cancelled. I’d recommend you get in touch with support@pimoroni.com regarding your concerns, our forums are generally for technical support and discussion.

The forum and shop are separate for technical and security reasons You had no trouble creating two accounts (or possibly more) with our shop to attempt to circumvent our “1 per customer” policy. What difference does a forum account make?
