Just tried overclocking one of my Tiny2350s. 300 MHz seemed OK, 400 seemed to have killed it!
However, I tried flash_nuke.uf2, and it’s recovered.

Mike Bell has a thread on Bluesky about Pico 2 overclocking, and claims to have gotten it up to 570 MHz. He reckons he can get it higher with a bit more tweaking.
Obviously that might do bad things to the silicon, but it is impressive that it can be pushed that high at all.
