pHAT DAC with video looper - no audio

I’m playing video files using omxplayer and the adafruit video looper software - and trying to get my audio to play through pHAT DAC.

I have installed pHAT DAC. using the one line installer - and the audio test works fine - but no audio from my video files - although it still works through the built in audio out socket.

Any ideas ?

Just to add to my post - sound test plays OK through pHAT DAC.

I think the problem is in the video-looper config file for omxplayer which gives you the option of playing audio to hdmi, local or both but I don’t know what it should be to play to pHAT DAC
