First time poster, needing some user support please. Tried emailing customer support for past 2 weeks and havent got anywhere.
Bought a Picosystem for my son for xmas. Great thing. But within 48 hours we’ve lost 3 of the 4 case screws and theyre so small that theyre now lost.
Got 1 screw left, but have no idea what type they are. Anyone got advice please? Dont know if original screws were too short either (ie. Is this the reason they’ve fallen out so quickly/easily?).

I recommend investing in a soldering mat even if you do not solder anything. It keeps everything organised as you work on components. I still manage to drop things but far less frequently. Preciva makes a good quality mat that includes a few magnetic inserts to hold screws.
I can’t see any open support tickets regarding PicoSystem screws, please could you pop that one through to us again and we should be able to get some replacements sorted for you?
Some Loctite (or similar) on the threads might help if you’re having difficulty getting them to stay put.
