Problems with Pibow Zero v1.3 Case

I have tried to assemble my Pibow Zero 1.3 case and a Pi Zero W. There are two problems:

  1. One of the corners on the top layer (the clear layer) was broken. It was only being held together by the backing tape.

  2. The yellow layer will not fit snugly on top of the Pi Zero W. The holes in the yellow layer don’t match the layout of the Pi Zero W components. The yellow layer sits on top of these components, creating a large gap between the orange and yellow layers at the camera connector end of the case.

Please advise.

the yellow layer? it sounds like you are not using the Zero W compatible case. Either way, if yours was broken on arrival, then email support@pimoroni.com, making sure to mention which Pi (exact model) you need to house, so they can dispatch what you need!
