Raspberry pi 3 model B ((FREEZE))

So… The Raspberry pi 3 freezes right from the start… I purchased the media kit with pre installed MOOBS … But almost immediately it freezes when attempting to install Raspian.

So should I buy my own SD card, download MOOBS and start again?

I’m a pi virgin … I bought this kit for my teenage son… some advice would be great, thanks

I’m not aware that we sell media kits? if you did not purchase from us then yes, there is a good chance the NOOBS on the SD card is not compatible.

Either way, you can download a fresh copy of NOOBS and replace the content of yours.
