RPG Maker MV on Picade

I will be taking my Picade to the Seoul Maker Faire next month. My students want to make their own RPG games using RPG Maker MV and show then off on the Picade. Would it be possible to run either an HTML 5 game or Windows game on Picade? Would it be easier just to install Windows 10 IOT or is there an easier solution.

Windows 10 IoT is not even remotely like the Windows 10 you see on a desktop PC. Very basic GUI that you have to sideload Apps to etc. There is no start menu etc. It’s not what I think you think it is.
