Just got my Skully but on poweing up I only have 7 LEDs lighting up and changing colour I have run some of the sample code but even though it says 50 LEDs in the code only the original 7 are lighting up,is this a fault with the LED Strip or somthing I have done wrong???
Most likely a fault in the strip. Have a good close look between LED 7 and 8 for any damage.
I can not see anything damaged between the LED7 and 8 but at my age my eyesight is not the best even with a magnifying glass .
I hear you, I’m in the same boat, eyesight wise. It’s why I have a magnifying glass in my toolkit.
Might also be a defective LED.
Might be time to e-mail tech support.
