I just got a Tufty from a local vendor and the usb c connector broke off. I would like to ask if it is fragile or maybe it was faulty. Also, is there another way to program it ?

I think there were reports on this before. Can’t you go to your local vendor and ask for a replacement?
Yeah, I too had a Tufty USB C connector pop off a long time ago. – got it replaced.
But since then, paranoia I guess, I have been very careful with that port. Noticed some usb-c cables, I have, are very tight – so I hold/press the connector down towards the board, while I wiggle the cable lose.
I do I have original board. Just need resolder it back on. As the connections if I press it back on still work. Though that involves getting soldering gun, and dexterity…
