I am first time user of the badger 2040. Never worked on it before.
I attached it to my windows and tried to rst the badger 2040.
Since then, not even the LED light which gets activated after USB-C connection or battery connected is not lighting up. none of the buttons are working.
On the screen I can just see badge, clock and books icons. Nothing is working since then.
Need more detailed info on what you did to “rst” it?
