I work for a local government educational agency in the USA. I am trying to get a W-8 document for Pimoroni so I can set up purchasing through our business department. Is anyone familiar with this issue or who I should talk to at Pimoroni to get this document? My organization cannot make purchases without the document.
The forums are generally user zones (though pimoroni staff do visit on occasion) your best bet would be to contact support directly by email or phone.
be aware there may be a fair amount of lead time for a request of that type being a smaller business.
