12.1" screen remains black

Hello everyone,

I write here because I don’t manage to switch on the 12.1" screen I bought for my Picade.

Here you can see the wiring I did :

As you can see, when I plug it, the LED becomes green ; but the screen remains black.

So, does anybody have an idea to help me ?

does the screen respond when you press the control buttons… can you bring up the menu page?

it sounds like you are on the wrong input, as it looks like you have it connected correctly.

have you tried connecting other devices to the inputs? even if they are the wrong resolution it should bring up an error message on the screen
