Picade screen doesn't turn on

Hello everyone,

I just completed the Picade build and sadly my screen doesn’t turn on.
I’ve added “hdmi_force_hotplug=1” to the /boot/config.txt` file
I connected an external HDMI screen and it works on that one.
I also tried a separate power supply just for the screen, but still no luck.

I’m attaching a picture of all the connections (unbolted some bits to ensure all fits in the picture and with HDMI cable is disconnected).
Does it look right to you? No LEDs turn on. Is it possible I have a defective screen?

I am having the exact same issue with my new build. I finally sorted out the control and sound issues, but have had to do so with the HDMI cord running to a PC monitor. Have you found a solution?

I had to replace the screen and the new one worked right away.
